For tomorrow's session we will be building on the historical context we covered at the end of today's session: Farmer's were experiencing exceptional difficulties and they transformed organizations like Farmer's Cooperatives into a powerful political party, the People's Party, still today the most successful third party in American history. We will also be discussing how that party's efforts played out in North Carolina and focusing on a specific event that occurred in Wilmington in 1898. You can final all the optional prep materials in the slideshow below: Comments are closed.
