European powers developed different patterns of colonization as they seeked religious freedom, expansion of their empires, and new opportunities to become wealthy. However there are several other motivations that contributed to the colonization of the Americas.

You are focusing on motivations: why they colonized; but the question asks HOW they colonized.

During the period of 1607 to 1754 European powers were in search for wealth and religious freedom. All these groups used systems like African enslavement and exploitation to further their expansion. Yet each group also had different approaches in administrative systems, relationships with Natives, and economic growth.

Drop the first sentence about what they wanted to achieve then combine the other two sentences into one and you'll be good!

Although, it seems as if all European powers colonized with the same main intentions, strongly, they all developed different patterns of colonization in North America from 1607 to 1754 dependent on if they were seeking to spread religion, gain wealth, control trade, expand their influence, or for a mixture of reasons.

Although, some European colonies had different labor systems when colonizing North America, the English and French both used African slaves as labor for colonizing, by exploiting Africans they were able to expand power and influence through the trade of cash crops and increase in profits.

Everything after "...labor for colonizing" needs to be dropped and replaced with a second (and possibly third) similarity in the way they colonized.

While European colonies in North America did develop distinct governments such as proprietaries, most colonies from 1607 to 1754 developed on similar bases of plantation, settler, or exploitation colonization; these were embedded with similar practices of racial labor systems, new economic systems, and extensive Native American conflict which further influenced the society at large.

European colonies in the Americas were all formed with similar goals, the acquisition of raw materials, the spreading of religion, and the spread of their influence to foreign peoples in lands not called their own. You are explaining the main point here and you should save those explanations for later. In the thesis just list them. You are also just examining one point of difference here (economic systems). What you should do is decide whether you think they were more similar or more different in the ways they colonized. Write you thesis then to identify 2-3 points of comparison you think are most important then a single point of comparison you think is less important as a counterpoint.
