Today we explored the debates over the creation and adoption of the Constitution. We looked at the evidence surrounding the choice to include slavery in the Constitution including some of the differing views posed by historians.  We also completed a DocBlock over the political cartoon The Federal Edifice and peer critiqued the rough drafts of your first body paragraphs.

Tonight you need to read the selection "Republican Motherhood" on the Period 3 page.  Also, you should start reviewing your notes as you prepare for your first exam on Wednesday!
