Today we tackled the Jackson Administration and its many controversies.  We focused on a few of the controversies through an analysis of political cartoons.  We then switched gears and focused in depth on the issue of Indian Removal by examining editorials from newspapers in the 1830's which debated the appropriate response to the policy.

Tonight, you need to finish your Chapter 13 notes and answer the questions below using your analysis of the Indian Removal Editorials. (If you need to refer to the editorials again, they can be found under Period 4)
