Mr. Hutchison was out today, but you spent the first part of class reflecting on the additional reading selection from last night on conservatism in the 1960's.  You then spent some time reviewing the accomplishments and policies of the Nixon Administration and evaluated whether you believed he was more conservative or liberal in his policy choices.  You finished up with, first, some documents related to the Watergate scandal, then some DBQ practice with a sample DBQ on the Nixon Administration.

Tomorrow Chapter Readings #7 are due and we will wrap up the Period 8 material with a discussion over the Carter era and the 1970's.
