Today we wrapped up our conversation over the actions of the early US governments, focusing on the representation of Native American issues in the textbook sources. We then completed DocBlock HAPP's over a pair of personal letters between Abigail and John Adams and over a political cartoon: the Federal Ediface. We also looked at debates over creating and ratifying the Constitution, including the debate between Federalists and Anti-Federalists.
We took a few minutes also to discuss body paragraphs for your LEQ essays. Remember that you can always find the writing materials we use in class on the "Writing Tips" page of this website. Hutchison's classes need to rough draft ONE body paragraph and have it ready to turn in on Monday. Mr. Hutchison will be out tomorrow, so his classes should report to class and as soon as the substitute has taken attendance, they will take you to the auditorium for our annual "Hamilton!" day with other APUSH classes and the Theatre classes. -H Comments are closed.
