We worked with some data and documents today to create a more nuanced portrait of antebellum slavery. We also took a few minutes to discuss the main points to take away from Chapter 12. Don't forget that Chapter 14 is due tomorrow and Chapter 15 on Friday! You should also be working on the readings and pre-write for Monday's scored discussion on Reconstruction!
