Today we explored the issues that were facing farmers in the last 1800's and their attempts to address those issues, including the rise and fall of the Populist Party. We also introduced a new process for DocBlock while examining excerpts from speeches by Mary Elizabeth Lease and William Jennings Bryan.

don't forget Chapter 18 is due tomorrow and the reading selection for the mini-discussion on Thursday is also loaded under period 6!
