Today we evaluated a series of documents, first from Abraham Lincoln, then from various voices during the Reconsrtuction, in an effort to develop arguments answering essential historical questions. We also took some time to explore the techniques associated with writing the DBQ essay. You will find more information on writing DBQ's under the "APUSH Exam Review-Writing Tips" page on this site. We will continue our discussion Monday befreo writing a practice DBQ this Friday!
Tomorrow is Exam 2. It will cover Periods 4 & 5, Chapters 8-16. As with the last exam, it will be 55 multiple choice questions in 55 minutes followed by 2 short answer questions in 25 minutes. H
