After a day off, we came back to an exam today.  We took Exam Two and that was all there was time for today!  Tomorrow we are chugging right along with Westward Expansion during and after the Civil War, aka the Wild West! (expect some myth-busting again!)  This Thursday the online discussion for last Thursday's scored discussion closes so make sure you get your online contributions completed before then!  This Friday is our third scored discussion over the Reading selection "Look How Far We've Come" by Ned Blackhawk.  You can find the reading under Period 6 activities at the top.  As usual you need to do the pre-discussion reflection paper and bring it with you to discussion day to turn in.  the in-class discussion on this document will be a bit shorter and your participation goal will only be 10 points in class instead of the usual 15.
