Today we wrapped up the politics of Period 4 looking at the second party system with the Whig party then we discussed the reform movements that developed from 1800 to 1850 as well.  Tonight's homework is to finish the DBQ form for the CG Finney document, both of which are under DocBlock on Period 4 then to read the excerpts from Alexis de Tocqueville's "Democracy in America" at this link then answer the questions at this link.
