Today we took a deeper look at antebellum slavery in America through a couple of different types of historical records.  We examined a primary source about the society and economy of the South called "Rise of the Cotton Kingdom" in DocBlock.   We then analyzed historical data on slavery and slave life, followed by an examination of some Slave Narratives.  You also got to look at your LEQ's briefly.  If you have further questions or want to spend a little more time looking it over, you can do that during tutorial time or schedule an appointment with me.

Tomorrow is the first DBQ.  You will have 10 minutes plan and prep time followed by 40 minutes writing time.  Focus your content review tonight on Period 4 events and processes.
