Today's activities were the reverse of yesterday's with Mr. Hutchison's classes completing the Revolution stations and Mr. Richardson's discussing the Revolution through the eyes of various populations.  Tonight you need to complete your essay final drafts for tomorrow's peer grading.  Your essays should have the following:
  • An introductory paragraph which ends with a thesis statement
  • A thesis statement which sets up an argument with a counterpoint, and includes three main points
  • One body paragraph per main point
  • Each body paragraph starts with a topic sentence
  • Each body paragraph uses historical facts as evidence to support your argument
  • A conclusion paragraph that summarizes your argument and restates your thesis.

That is correct, you may hand write or type at your discretion.
