Today, following a quiz on chapters 8 & 9, we began exploring the debates over the identity of the new America and its governance that surfaced following the American Revolution.  We explored some of the  drawbacks of the Articles of Confederation then discussed Shay's Rebellion and some of the varying points of view associated with it.  We also took a few minutes to peer review the intro paragraph rough drafts.

Lastly, I handed out two graphic organizers for the Constitution.  You need to complete the one recording the makeup of the three branches of government tonight using the Constitution that can be found here with the textbook chapters.  the second one should be completed and in your SkillBlock by Thursday.
