The topic of discussion today was the Progressive Era as we followed up on the various negative developments in American business and society during the Gilded Age and the expansion of the reform efforts of Muckrakers and others.  We examined some varying points of view on achieving civil rights for African Americans that developed during the period during our DocBlock and practiced some DBQ skills in Writer's Block using those documents.  Don't forget that Chapter 25 is due tomorrow!  Attached you will find the theme Team posters for Period 6.
