Today we took quite a bit of time to discuss document analysis skills essential to constructing history and historical arguments.  We specifically looked at applying these skills to the writing of a DBQ essay to prep for tomorrow's DBQ.  We also looked at documents related to Reconstruction to discover some of the history of that period.  We will return to the topic of Reconstruction briefly next week in class.  The Rubric for tomorrow's DBQ can be found under APUSH Exam Review/Writing Tips.  The DBQ is worth 50 points!  I would review the two readings on Women's issues from Wednesday as well as any other documents and notes on this topic tonight.  Good luck!
